Employee Resource Groups
Celebrating the diversity among our global talent pool, CoStar Group's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide additional opportunities for employee engagement and contribute to the overall employee experience. Our ERGs create avenues for belonging, mentoring, and professional development within communities, as well as education and awareness across the organization.
In the community
CoStar Group partners with a number of organizations committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. These partnerships allow us to expand our commitment beyond our company and into the community.
In 2017, CoStar Group launched a $1 million investment in Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), an organization that provides opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities – Black, Latinx, and Native American - to realize their full potential, to make a mark, and make a difference. In 2022, CoStar Group committed an additional $5 million dollars, allocated over the five years, to boost MLT’s signature undergraduate program, Career Prep.
CoStar Group Founder and CEO Andy Florance sits on the MLT Governing Board. CoStar Group has developed a formal internship program that exposes MLT alumni and fellows to the company and the world of commercial real estate.
